Our Policies

As we are a small inn, late cancellations and no-shows really affect our business, therefore our deposit and cancellation policies are as follows:

Payment Schedule:

100% due at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:

To obtain a full refund (minus a 3% credit card transaction fee), reservations need to be canceled at least 5 calendar days before the scheduled arrival date (before 2pm on the 5th day). 0% refundable if canceled within 5 calendar days of the scheduled arrival date (after 2pm on the 5th day).

Reservations which are unexpectedly shortened (i.e. arriving later than or leaving earlier than reserved) will not be refunded. “No shows” will be charged the full price of their reservation.

No minimum stay is required, except during high demand times in the month of August when a 5 night minimum stay is required.

We will automatically cancel any reservation for which we do not receive either a valid credit card or notification of payment within 5 days.

Group rate Terms & Conditions

50% of the entire stay is due at the time of making the reservation and the other 50% due upon arrival/check-in.

Pet Policy

We are pet friendly with conditions.

There is a pet fee of $10/night per pet only in the private rooms. We do not allow pets in the dorm rooms because there is no way of knowing if the other travelers are either afraid of animals or allergic.

Pets are not allowed on any couches, beds (including your own) or ANY furniture at any time. Not adhering will result in a $50 fee.

Our insurance does not allow us to host dogs of the following breeds:
Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chows, or any mix of the breeds stated.

Your pet must be on a leash at all times and never left alone in your room without you on the premises.

Other Terms & Conditions

Guest under the age of 18 are not permitted in the dorm rooms unless accompanied by an adult.

Please note: for sanitary purposes, we do not allow sleeping bags or personal blankets to be used on our beds.

Towels are included in your stay.

The Inn is a smoke-free and vape-free environment. Smoking areas are located on the premises.

We have complimentary ear plugs in each dorm room. No sleeping on the couches in common rooms. No exceptions.
